Fizzy: Hi Sweet Stuff.
Sweet Stuff: Hi Fizzy.
Fizzy: Isn't it a beautiful day Sweet Stuff?
Sweet Stuff: Sure is. But Fizzy are you sure its O.K for you to be up and about after being sick yesterday?
Fizzy: Sure I'm sure. I feel better than ever. *Just then she feels sick to her stomach* Ugh. Not again. I had better go to Paradise Estate and..... *She falls over*

Sweet Stuff went to go get the other ponies and the doctor. Windwhistler went to get Megan as well. Megan came back just in time:
Megan: Hi Fizzy.
Fizzy: Sorry you have to see me like this Megan. I don't know what's wrong with me.
Doctor: Oh but I do. *Coming in* Fizzy I want you to come to the hospital for a few more tests but... I want to know one question.
Fizzy: Yes. Anything.
Doctor: Where is your husband?
Fizzy: He's off racing.
Doctor: Oh. Well. When we find out if its true then I want you to call him.
Fizzy: Find out what?
Doctor: Fizzy you haven't figured it out yet?
Fizzy: What?
Doctor: You're pregnant.
Megan: Fizzy. Your twinkle.
Fizzy: What about it?
Megan: Its brighter than ever.
Fizzy: I'm pregnant? *Almost faints again*
Megan: This is wonderful.

Hold on. Its coming.
They head to the hospital and Fizzy is getting antsy. She calls Steamer:
Fizzy: Honey.
Steamer: What's up?
Fizzy: I'm pregnant. *Silence is heard then a yippee is heard*
Steamer: Do you know how many?
Fizzy: That's what we're gonna find out. *The doctor comes out* So?
Doctor: Well. Your having a baby alright. One baby pony. What kind it is it's too early.
Fizzy: Did you get that?
Steamer: Yep. Anyway I'll be there before long. Don't have the baby before then. *Laughing*

The next couple of months Fizzy is excited and a bit anxious. Because she has never been a mother before:
Sweet Stuff: Calm down Fizzy honey.
Fizzy: I am calm. I ugh. *Throws up* Is this normal?
Mimic: The morning sickness? Yes it is.
Fizzy: Alright lets see what Baby Shady has in store for me. *They go in*
Baby Shady: Surprise Fizzy.
Fizzy: *Gasps and starts crying* Your old crib. You don't have to give up your old crib honey.
Shady: Of course she does. She's a big girl now. Besides she's getting a big girl bed today.
Fizzy: Awesome.
Baby Shady: And Fizzy if you need a break just ask me. I've had a lot of practice with my sister.
Megan: Now we need to know what the baby is gonna be. A boy or a girl.
Fizzy: I hope its a girl. If so her name will be Baby Fizzy.
Baby Shady: Aw. *They head to the hospital*
Fizzy: Well doc? We ready to see what it is?
Doctor: Of course. *They go into the room and he puts her on the table* Now to see by the sonogram. *Runs it across her tummy*
Fizzy: That tickles.
Doctor: Let's see. A leg. Two legs. Ah four legs. Great. Now let's see what it is. *Looks around* Come on baby turn around. *It does* There we go. It looks like your gonna have a..... *Smiles* Girl.

Four months later:
Fizzy: Where are we going Baby Sweet Stuff?
Baby Sweet Stuff: You'll see. *They go into Paradise Estate with Fizzy wearing a blindfold* O.K. Fizzy take it off.
Fizzy: O.K. *Takes the blindfold off*
Ponies: Surprise.
Fizzy: A baby shower.
Baby Shady: Yeah. Come on.

it has been 9 months and Fizzy is showing it. Baby Gusty is right with her:
Baby Gusty: Anything you need Fizzy?
Fizzy: Nah. Ooh the baby's kicking harder now. *Starts breathing hard* Baby Gusty I think its time.
Baby Gusty: What do I do Fizzy.
Fizzy: I know you have never delivered a baby before but I feel by the time you get the others I might have her before then. So Baby Gusty I want you to stay here.
Baby Gusty: Right.

Oh boy, here it comes.
I was wondering, do you think newborn Unicorns have their horns by the time they're born? Or do they develop afterward?

I see them born without horns. The horn begans to grow at the moment the forehead is stimulated by oxygon, which is at the moment the head breaks out of the birth sack. for the first two to three weeks of their lives, baby unicorns do not have horns. the first sign of the horn is the hardening of the skin at the site of where the future horn will be. At about one and a half weeks, you might see a small bump. At around two to three weeks, the horn erupts from the forehead. This is painful and is like teething. Sometimes the horn is bunted and can't break through the skin. in this case, doctors will make an x shaped incision where the horn is to allow it to break through. In other cases, the doctor might press gently on the forehead as if he were poping a zit to push the horn through the skin.
Sorry, got excited. Can't wait to see what you come up with, Djlamar!

Alright makes sense. Anyway back to Fizzy and Baby Gusty:
Baby Gusty: Ooh. What to do?
Fizzy: If Baby Shady can do this then so can you. Now listen Baby Gusty and don't get excited. *Trying to console her while in pain* Dial the phone. And don't be scared. Do you know the phone number for emergencies?
Baby Gusty: *Trying to sound tough* 911? Where are the adults? I'm just a baby.
Fizzy: Baby Gusty listen to you. How old are you?
Baby Gusty: Five going on six.
Fizzy: Then what are you worrying about? Listen you may have a little sister one day. Your mom will need you brave if something goes wrong. *Groans* Just dial the number.
Baby Gusty: *Calming down* Alright. *Dials 911* Hello.
Operator: What's your emergency?
Baby Gusty: My.... *Starts breaking up* friend is having a baby and I don't know what to do. *Starts bawling*
Operator: Listen honey. What's your name?
Baby Gusty: Baby Gusty.
Operator: Now listen honey. Your friend needs help correct?
Baby Gusty: Uh huh.
Operator: And is just standing there crying helping at all?
Baby Gusty: No.
Operator: Then calm down. I know its scary. Trust me. Now is she conscious?
Baby Gusty: Yeah. *Looking over at her* Oh my gosh she's bleeding. What do I do? *This makes her more upset*
Operator: Is it watery?
Baby Gusty: *Looking over* It looks runny if that's what you mean.
Operator: Her water broke. Now listen carefully Baby Gusty. You might need to deliver that baby on your own. But I need to know where you are at.
Baby Gusty: Paradise Estate.
Operator: Good girl. Now I'll tell them and they'll be on the way. Just stay on the phone. *She lays the phone down*
Baby Gusty: I'm sorry Fizzy.
Fizzy: Your doing great. Now listen to the instructions O.K? And calm down. *She sniffs and calms down*
Operator: O.K They are on the way. Now then you ready for instructions?
Baby Gusty: Yes.
Operator: Look for a head or something. That's an indication that the baby is coming out.
Baby Gusty: O.K. *Looking down* I see a head. *She does what any person would do if someone was falling* Come on baby.
Operator: Baby Gusty? *There's nothing then a few minutes later a wailing of a baby is heard* Baby Gusty?
Baby Gusty: The baby is out. Oh she's beautiful. *Giggling and crying at the same time* Oh the operator. Hello?
Operator: You did it Baby Gusty. You delivered a baby all on your own.
Windwhistler: *Coming in* I hear a commotion and look what I come into. *Smiles* Good job.
Baby Gusty: The ambulance is it here?
Windwhistler: Yep.

And Baby Fizzy is born. I wonder if that operator was checking their calendar to see if it was full moon.
I doubt Wind Whistler would ever said "yep".
