Yes that's right. I figured I would let you see the inside look at the Magic of Ponyland through an interview. Now of course I'll be using my screename. So here we go:
Twilight Sparkle: Hi everyone. Twilight Sparkle here with the creator of the my little pony series: The Magic of Ponyland. Djlamar2. Welcome.
Djlamar2: Hey Twilight. Mind if I call you Twilight?
Twilight Sparkle: Not at all. Spike calls me that. Djlamar2 that's an interesting name.
Djlamar2: Its short for my full name.
Twilight Sparkle: Nice. We're not here to talk about that. We're talking about your book series "The Magic of Ponyland" *Holding up book 1* Why did you name it "The Magic of Ponyland"?
Djlamar2: Its kind of like the name of the new series: Friendship is Magic. Its about Megan going to a magical place called Ponyland. Every book is an adventure.
Twilight Sparkle: Have you decided if your gonna put this as a T.V. series?
Djlamar2: Unfortunately no.
Twilight Sparkle: But you made a movie.
Djlamar2: You mean The Magic of Ponyland the Movie correct? *She nods*
Twilight Sparkle: Anyway the first book. How did you come up with the plot?
Djlamar2: I mixed the My little pony movie with a touch of my own magic effect. Basically Megan's mom went to Ponyland as a kid and met up with the ponies. Now for the idea of the tree I went a little further with Alice in Wonderland for that idea.
Twilight Sparkle: Interesting. By the way how did you come up with Christine?
Djlamar2: The mom right? *She nods* I remembered watching the original my little pony shows and thought "Hey where's Megan's mom and dad? We never see them" So I added her.
Twilight Sparkle: Does she have a dad in this series?
Djlamar2: No. I never put him in there. Maybe sometime down the road I'll have her mention him or something.
Twilight Sparkle: I like how you made the elders that was so cool.
Djlamar2: Yeah they were a mix of Pegasi with the ponies from the my little pony tales episode where the aliens come to Ponyville.
Twilight Sparkle: We'll be right back.

Twilight Sparkle: And we're back. Next question. Have you decided on your next big series?
Djlamar2: Actually Twilight yes. Maybe Friendship is Magic or putting the characters from the series in it.
Twilight Sparkle: Cool. Back to your series. What about book 2? You put more to that book.
Djlamar2: Ah yes. As you have read this book was based on 2 episodes. The golden horseshoes and quest of the princess ponies.
Twilight Sparkle: Interesting how you tied them together. If I were a publisher I'd publish this series. Anyway Dj. Oh sorry I mean Djlamar2.
Djlamar2: No problem if I can call you Twilight you can call me Dj.
Twilight Sparkle: A question has passed my mind with the series what is the next episode gonna be around? And how long are you gonna keep it going?
Djlanar2: First answer is 2 of the short stories and one of the long ones. Next answer longer than the series. Reason for the none-linear stories mixed in.

Twilight Sparkle: Alright ponies in Ponyville we're back and now for questions from the ponies of Aquestria. You first Celestia.
Celestia: Thanks Twilight Sparkle. I noticed in your recent story there was a Princess Celest. Did you get the idea from that from my name?
Djlamar2: In a way yes. Most of the characters in my stories are based around the actual ponies in the my little pony series. Even the new ones. Princess Celest happens to be a gnome pony.
Celestia: Awesome.
Twilight Sparkle: Next question. Apple Bloom.
Apple Bloom: Does any of the ponies not have their cutie marks? The younger ones?
Djlamar2: Interesting question. I really haven't pointed it out in the stories. *She ohs* But its an idea. *Fluttershy holds her hand up*
Twilight Sparkle: Yes Fluttershy.
Fluttershy: I don't want to impose but are there shy ponies in the series?
Djlamar2: In the fourth book Cuddles has a younger daughter and she's kind of shy.
Pinkie Pie: Me me me.
Djlamar2: Yes the excited pony there in the back.
Pinkie Pie: Let me just say I love your series. My question is: Are there gonna be fun moments in the stories?
Djlamar2: Oh yeah. In an upcoming book: Magic is fun which will have those 2 stories I said Sweet Stuff and the Treasure Hunt teaches a lesson that its O.K to do things differently. But she also has fun. *Applejack waves* Yes the pony there.
Applejack: Will there be more adventure in others?
Djlamar2: Oh yes most definitely.
Twilight Sparkle: We have time for 1 more question before lunch. Luna.
Luna: Will there be friendship involved like in the second book?
Djlamar2: Yep. *The bell rings*
Twilight Sparkle: Back after the break.

Rarity: Rarity. Oh I just love your books.
Djlamar2: Thanks. "To Rarity. May your life be a magical journey" *Twilight clears her throat* Something wrong?
Twilight Sparkle: Nope. *Gives him her book* Sign mine please.
Djlamar2: Of course. *Signs it the same way* Have you thought of making books Twilight?
Twilight Sparkle: Me? No. I just like reading them.
Djlamar2: According to Celestia you have excellent writing skills.
Twilight Sparkle: I do. Its just that *Gets down and whispers* I don't know where to start.
Djlamar2: Pony feathers. Believe it or not I didn't know where to start with "The Magic of Ponyland".
Twilight Sparkle: You? Get out of here. The best writer in the world didn't know where to start?
Djlamar2: Its true. I took a whole day pondering on what to write. By the way these sandwiches are good.
Twilight Sparkle: You can thank the Pinkie Pie family for that.
Djlamar2: In fact some of the greatest writers had to have some trouble. Mark Twain. C.S Lewis. Shakespeare. I bet even the creator of Friendship is Magic had her share of writer's block. Take my recent 1. Did you know it took me a whole month to create?
Twilight Sparkle: Wow a whole month. Oops another fan. *Pinkie Pie comes up smiling ear to ear*
Djlamar2: Ah yes the excited little pony. And you are?
Pinkie Pie: Pinkie Pie. I love "Magic is everywhere" Best book of season 1.
Djlamar2: Yeah I agree it was 1 of my best books. There. *Pinkie Pie squees* Is she always like this?
Twilight Sparkle: Most of the time. 1 time she was serious though. We thought she was just playing around.

After lunch:
Twilight Sparkle: And we're back. So now we are gonna talk about the different types of ponies not yet seen on any my little pony series. First off the magical princess ponies. Now how did you come up with these ponies?
Djlamar2: A fanfic actually. But in that 1 the ponies turned out to be human. I just thought maybe we'd like to see a magical group of ponies. Pegasi/unicorn. *Sees Celestia raising her hoof* Yes.
Celestia: A pegacorn like me or Luna?
Djlamar2: Yeah but in the story they are known as as unipegs. See the idea came to me when reading a fanfic that had a unipeg.
Celestia: Cool.
Twilight Sparkle: Next let's talk about the gnome ponies. When I heard that I thought "Wow tiny ponies with different types just like regular". What inspired you to make these tiny ponies?
Djlamar2: Ah yes my creation for the new season. Well the idea came from Breezies. Their small. 1 thing though we didn't see them much. So I thought "I need a new kind of pony. But there's so many now" So I came up with the idea for the new ponies. Hence the gnome ponies.
Twilight Sparkle: How did you come up with the name "Gnome ponies"?
Djlamar2: I was running through different names in my head like "Fairy ponies" "Pixie ponies" But thought "Eh those don't sound like they'd be different types." Then I thought about calling them gnome ponies. Their tiny like gnomes. And have magical powers just like them.
Twilight Sparkle: Next villains. I know you got Hydia, Reeka, Draggle, Grogar and others from the series but Morgan? How did you come up with her?
Djlamar2: Well I wanted a new villain for the series so I came up with her from the same fanfic with the magical princess ponies.
Twilight Sparkle: Cool. We'll be right back.

Djlamar2: He's gonna be coming up again soon. In fact the story I'm working on is gonna have him.
Twilight Sparkle: There seem to be 2 Spikes in your series. Why?
Djlamar2: Ah yes. Well see the other Spike is younger. He hatched in the movie.
Twilight Sparkle: Now in 1 of your stories you had Catrina good. But in a later story she got mad with power. What made you decide to do that?
Djlamar2: Well I hadn't made an "Escape from Catrina" so I figured it would be then.
Twilight Sparkle: We'll be back.

I can't tell you her name but here's a picture of her. *A violet unipeg is seen* She has a story behind her identity and power. Twilight Sparkle: Awesome. Anything you can tell us? Djlamar2: This character is based on 1 of my stories I wrote while in the process of the "Gnome Pony saga". "The darkness within" Twilight Sparkle: Ooh a teaser. Well I believe that's all the time we have. Thanks Djlamar2. After the interview: Twilight Sparkle: Now to..... *Sees Djlamar2* Hey Dj. Djlamar2: Twilight Sparkle I have a gift for you buddy. *Hands her a book* Celestia said you don't have my latest yet. Twilight Sparkle: Here. *Gives him some jangles* Djlamar2: Nope. You don't owe me a jangle girl. You are after all 1 of my biggest fans. Now I believe you have a letter to write to Celestia about what you learned today. Twilight Sparkle: I do. *Is nervous* Djlamar2: What's wrong? Twilight Sparkle: Its just that if Spike is around its fine. But when someone I don't know very well is.... well. Djlamar2: Just pretend I'm not here. Twilight Sparkle: Right. *Using her unicorn magic* Dear Princess Celestia, Today I learned that you can have an adventure without even leaving your home. Just by opening/reading a book. Djlamar2 was fun to interview. Thanks for letting me interview my favorite book writer. Your student, Twilight Sparkle. Djlamar2: Very creative. How about you open that book Twilight Sparkle? *She does and gasps* Twilight Sparkle: It says "Don't give up on being a writer. Your new friend/favorite author Djlamar2" *Hugs him* Thank you. Djlamar2: I look forward to your book girl. And so ends my behind the scenes of The Magic of Ponyland. And you saw it right? I said a new character.
