I liked how Tootsie and Lickity Split learned to work together.

An important update. After refining and even editing with my Mom, I'd say Flutter Phobia is about ready for prime time. Check it out. Flutter Phobia (portfolio edition)I'm still considering whether to do the same thing with Cold War. Flutter Phobia is a good example of my more lighthearted work, but Cold War shows more of be adventurous writing as well as world building abilities.

I just realized the version I have has my real name on it. I was going to make it private anyway, so it's private.

One of the things I liked about the original specials was starting with their own custom lyrics to theme. I've been considering what such an opening scene for Cold War would be since this is the start of the series.
This is the lyrics I've come up with.
Chorus: My Little Pony, My Little Pony
Main Singer: Soon our valley will fill with cheers
Chorus: My Little Pony, My Little Pony
Main Singer: Hard to believe it's been a hundred years
Main Singer: Our centennial's coming, work while you're humming
Main Singer: Everyone's doing their part
Chorus: My Little Pony, My Little Pony
Main Singer: When will the festivities start?
Second part
Main Singer: Happy and thriving, the kingdom is jiving
Main Singer: May peace stay a hundred years more
Chorus: My Little Pony, My Little Pony
Main Singer: What does the world have in store?
Chorus and Main Singer: What does the world have in store?

Not a whole lot of lyrics, but th visuals sound like they'd be fun to watch. I wonder if anyone out there would be willing to animate this and post it on YouTube or wherever.

I was kind of inspired by the He-Man remake intro. It starts out the same and then the "Oh dung" moment happens. I realized Wind Whistler, Fizzy, and Gusty remind me a lot of the Power Puff Girls. Wind Whistler's Blossom, Fizzy's Bubbles, and Gusty's Buttercup. Oh the possible crossovers. I've been considering some alterations. Check them out. mlplexicon.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=brainstorming&action=display&thread=1612

BIG NEWS!
I starting work on making Legends into an animation. A few of us are already working on forming a group. I want contact Hasbro about getting an EULA so everything is on the up and up. We need to recruit as well as raise some funds for the more expensive programs we need (like a music program.) However, we're actually working towards this.
Fluttershy: Yay.

Rock and Roll! ;D
I've said it before, your video reviews for G1 were what led me to the Lexicon. If anyone of us has the skills to make G1 come back to life its you. God be with you!

I have a couple of questions about the animation project. First, how will you be animating it? Flash or some other way? Second, will you be using the original G1 style or the Friendship is Magic style? Sorry, I'm not going to offer help because I have nothing of quality to add . I won't do your project a dishonour by making it look like amateur hour. Thanks, and continue doing a great job. It's good to see a quality script of anything, even if it was (originally) just for fun.
